Free shipping is for curbside delivery only.
If your items are being delivered by Freight truck, you will be contacted by the freight company 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time and date.  Someone must be present to sign for the item.  Please note important details about Freight Shipments.

• You will be responsible for moving the item into your home, garage or backyard.  Most truck delivered items are big and heavy. Please have ample help on hand.  Freight deivery personnel are not required to move the item beyond the curbside (most are nice and helpful if you ask politely, tips are appreciated).
  
• Inspect all items as they are offloaded from the truck. Note any visible damages / crushed boxes on the drivers waybill before you sign. If there are visible damages, note them on the waybill, accept the shipment and call us immediately for repair or replacement items.
  
• If you would like to have in-home or garage delivery, let the dispatcher know before delivery. Lift gate service is not included. (additional charges may apply)
  
• Additional charges may apply if you live on a small street not accessible by freight trucks.  The Freight company will transfer your purchase to a smaller truck (usually via a hotshot service) that can access your street.  If you know that large trucks cannot deliver on your street please contact us in advance for a cost estimate.
